About Us

Hilal Sakatat was founded in 1968 under the name of "Hilal Ciğerci" and has been serving continuously since then. Our company operates on a large area of 28,000 square meters.

As of today, Hilal Sakatat, which has a team of 550 people, has won the appreciation of its customers with its high-quality and reliable products. Our company which has been operating only in the local market in the first years has been very popular especially in the Chinese market, started exporting in 1988 and has been adding value to the national economy by increasing its exports every day since then.

Hilal Sakatat maintains its leading position in the industry. According to the records of the Turkish Exporters Assembly in 2021-2022, our company is among Turkey's top 1000 companies, and its customer-oriented approach is helping to expand its customer portfolio and open up new markets around the world.

We are producing with a monthly capacity of 600 tons in our facility and we are proud to offer many types of animal by-products to our customers along with our special products such as omasum.

We attach great importance to hygiene, quality and environmental standards in our production processes, thus ensuring that our products reach our customers with the highest quality.
